The Jack in the Box: Awakening plot

"Once you open the box... you can't escape it."

The terminally ill Olga Marsdale finds a mysterious box. The box contains the evil entity Jack. Jack makes a deadly deal with Olga and her son: if they bring him six victims, Olga will live. Mother and son see no other way out and start looking for unsuspecting victims.
