"Your greatest adventure is waiting in port."
Liz Darling is the manager of a luxury hotel in Seattle. Due to a fire in her house, she spends the holidays with her daughter Hannah at the hotel. When Liz breaks her father's arm, she decides to return home to nurse him and spend the Christmas holidays together, despite being estranged from her father since her mother's death. Back home, she reconnects with Luke, her best friend from back in the day. Together they start fixing up her mother's boat.
