Dos plot
David and Sarah, two strangers, are shocked to wake up with their bellies sewn together. They are in a hotel room that they do not recognize. After the initial shock, they try to keep calm and think about why they are there. David suggests that they have been drugged and kidnapped. Both must trust each other to unravel the mystery, but Sara becomes suspicious of David.

Far too long-winded for whatever it may be in the end. Mysterious, but after a while it gets a bit boring given the many dialogues and the location of 1 room. Afterwards, the tension is somewhat increased when the true circumstances emerge with a decently satisfying final scene. Nicely filmed by the way. But that comes too late.....4/10

I haven't seen The Human Centipede, but this movie made me think of other movies, especially Saw and El Hoyo. In any case, this film has shortcomings, as has already been reported in the other comments, where the most obvious thing for me was that the actors sometimes become detached from each other.
But the strong points dominate: the atmosphere, the sometimes beautiful images (especially in the snow at the end) and the bizarre plot of a father who tries to make Siamese twins out of his children. You have to be there but come on. I end up with 3.5*.
