In a world of constant change and chaos, it is almost a shock to discover that some experiences remain unchanged, natural and even primitive. Hampstead Heath park is located in the middle of London, which is several kilometers wide and long. There are three swimming ponds where you can take a dip all year round. Capturing the beauty of the English seasons, filmmakers Patrick McLennan and Samuel Smith filmed the swimmers for 12 months as they shiver, laugh, lament, philosophize or simply take a breather.
