Billposters plot

Donald and Goofy put up advertising posters in a farm. Goofy wants to hang a poster on a windmill, but his tools keep disappearing on the blades of the windmill. He gets stuck on his poster after it goes around the mill. Donald puts up his posters, a picture of a soup can, and a goat eats them right away. He goes into battle with the goat.
