30-year-old Antonio's life is turned upside down after he is suddenly dumped by his partner. Used to his dependent life, he suddenly finds himself alone. What a childish movie. The characters are grown men, but they behave very adolescently. They just flirt and sleep with everyone. And if one person really develops feelings for the other, they start acting like 'drama queens' because there is no response to their crush.
Shameful if things really are like this in the 'gay scene' in Rome. How happy I am that I have been happy with my partner for almost 20 years, without posturing and simply monogamous.
The music, on the other hand, was nice. But otherwise one big sadness of misery.

I thought it was a great film! To follow how Antonio, a married househusband without ambitions or opinions of his own, develops after the divorce into a man who finally knows what he wants. That a whole series of intimate contacts were needed for this, as well as a few very good friends, seems very natural to me and certainly not disturbing. The film could just as well have been about a dumped housewife who finally discovers herself, but that was not the case here. Very captivating, absolutely!
