It's entertaining to watch the scientists work on things that are way beyond the human mind. The scientists are also unable to explain anything clearly or simply, they are too much in their own bubble for that. But that doesn't really matter because this documentary is primarily about the mystery. So don't expect it to make you any wiser, unless you're already very well versed in the matter.
