Lutsachon plot

In the 1980s, a team is stationed in the house next to the opposition leader of the ruling party in South Korea, named Ui-Sik (Dal-su Oh), which taps his phone and eavesdrops on him. During the surveillance, they discover secrets about him. A special bond develops between Dae-Kwon (Woo Jung), chief of the eavesdropping team, and the politician Ui-Sik.
