SanPa: Luci e Tenebre di San Patrignano plot

Through interviews with stakeholders and archival footage, this documentary series tells the controversial story of San Patrignano's rehab community from its founding to 1995. The clinic was founded by Vincenzo Muccioli in 1978 in Coriano in the province of Rimini. During a heroin crisis, Muccioli looked after the addicts and was widely praised, even when he was accused of using violence.
