Platzspitzbaby plot
Spring 1995. Switzerland's largest public drug scene 'Platzspits' in Zurich closes. Eleven-year-old Mia and her heroin-addicted mother Sandrine move to an idyllic town that represents a symbolic new beginning. However, Sandrine's addiction is persistent, forcing Mia to flee her painful reality into an imaginary fantasy world.
