Brian is a disturbed child with sociopathic tendencies. He must deal with a father who doesn't love him, a mother who isn't convinced of his violent nature, and a newly adopted sister who he says wants to take his place. After a series of escalating violent incidents, he is sent from one failed therapist to another and grows up to be a young man still unable to escape his anger problems. When his life finally falls apart because of his own choices, Brian blames his failing therapists and seeks revenge on them.
