Surprising crime film for once not with unapproachable superheroes, but with vulnerable people who are sucked into the shady world of underworld figures. Although the script drops a stitch here and there, it is an entertaining and at times exciting film. Nice that Aretha Franklin (“Natural Woman”) will also drop by.

Saw the bad movie Baby Ruby not too long ago, a baby cat howling all through the movie, I was close to a nervous breakdown, and now this misery. Thought this was a boring boring movie that was way too long. The acting wasn't bad at all, but that couldn't help this movie. A tip; if you get coffee in a diner it is nice and warm and so it steams, sorry but is that so difficult.....
