The Murders of Oiso plot

In the sleepy coastal town of Oiso, Kazuya and three school friends spend most of his time boozing, gambling and terrorizing the neighborhood. All four work for Kazuya's uncle's construction company, but when he suddenly dies under suspicious circumstances, their monotonous existence is turned upside down.
