Not the first time I've seen such a plot, in short or feature film. Above all, very well done. The acting is top, but that was to be expected from top actors Broods and Van Rampelberg. With one small exception, very suggestively filmed. You don't see anything, but as a viewer you can perfectly assess the situation and the seriousness. So it's about a child, not a deer.
Could it happen to you? Sure, the question is how you deal with it. Monstersthey're not, but I can imagine that the secret is murderous for their relationship. I think they were husband and wife and it wasn't about an affair or anything like that. It could have been an (additional) argument to act this way or that way ...
