Operation X-70 plot

A powerful state experiments with a new nerve agent that doesn't kill, but stuns the victims and puts them in a mystical state. Accidentally, the X-70 bombs are dropped on the peaceful neighboring state of Nebelux, where strange mutations suddenly occur.
