The Tax Collector plot

"Payback comes with interest."

David Cuevas is a real family man. He works as a tax collector for the biggest gang leaders in Los Angeles. Everywhere in the city he sees to it that payments are made, otherwise severe sanctions will follow. He works with his partner Creeper. However, a danger from the past threatens to endanger everything David loves.
