Alex in Amsterdam plot

Alex grows up in his parents' pie shop in a Limburg village. However, the collapsed economy makes his parents decide that there is no future for him here. And so Alex is going to study economics in Amsterdam. What he doesn't know, however, is that fate has an entirely different destiny in store for him.
