The year is 1937. Charlie Schmidt has completed his education and is looking for a job. He is hired by the director of Alcatraz as a prison guard. Charlie has to work at night and hears stories of mysterious deaths. Against the advice of his colleagues, Charlie begins his own investigation.

The film is indeed not a horror film, far from it.
There are some nice scenes in it, I especially like Chris Lines playing Al Bradbury, I didn't expect him in that role...
