The Trials of Gabriel Fernandez plot

In 2013, eight-year-old Gabriel Fernandez died of prolonged abuse. He was found seriously injured at home and died two days later in hospital. His mother and her boyfriend were arrested and prosecuted. This docuseries takes a look at the lawsuits and investigations into government agencies. Despite multiple warning signs, they have failed to protect Gabriel.
