How to Steal a Country plot

When a group of investigative journalists exposed far-reaching corruption practices involving South Africa's then-president Jacob Zuma, a vicious smear campaign was launched against the integrity of the newsrooms. Until two young IT workers found evidence exposing the full modus operandi behind the 'hijacking' of the South African state by private individuals, using political connections. In interviews, involved investigative journalists express their concerns about the global tenor of an increasing conflict of interest between business and government, and the polarization that comes with it: presidents and multinationals live untouchable in their own bubble.
