Give Me Liberty plot
Young Russian-American Vic works as a hospital transporter in Milwaukee. One day the young black woman Tracy gets in with him. She has ALS and has a motorized wheelchair to get around, but nevertheless seems to be the most active and organized patient that Vic transports. When riots break out in the city, Vic must find a way to get his grandfather and a group of elderly Russians to a funeral while helping Tracy.
