Di Yi Ci De Li Bie plot

Isa Yasan is a Muslim boy from rural Xinjiang, China. His mother was deaf and dumb due to meningitis and she often wanders away from home. Isa loves his mother very much and has to divide his time between taking care of his mother, going to school and working on the farm. He is friends with a lively little girl named Kalbinur. Together they make for a cute lamb. Kalbinur's grades in her Uyghur language are good, but her Chinese scores are terrible. Since Chinese is the national language, her mother wants to move to the city and find temporary work so that Kalbinur can attend a Chinese school.
