Walking on Water plot
Since the death of his wife and artistic partner Jeanne-Claude, artist and architect Christo has not undertaken any major projects. But in 2016 he gets the chance to realize an ambitious work of art, which he and Jeanne-Claude have been working on since 1970: "The Floating Piers". This film follows Christo and his team, led by Vladimir Yavachev, during the preparations, construction, unveiling and opening of this gigantic project in which they struggle with bureaucracy, incompetence, differences of opinion and twists of nature.
