This documentary explores the origin and impact of He-Man, a character whose power far transcended the toy line and children's series. The toys came from manufacturer Mattel and became a worldwide phenomenon in both the 80s and modern times. He-Man came on the market as an action figure. In addition, a number of comic books appeared, and in 1983 an animated series entitled "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe". The series received a sequel of the same name in 2002. This documentary contains extensive interviews with Dolph Lundgren and Frank Langella, among others.
