This is another movie made by Robert (Crapert) Vince that is a prime example of what is truly terrible cinema!!! I have no other way to explain other than that at the end of the film, the canine character Julio is made to look like a “ bad dog” when we saw in the beginning that he was forced into the main antagonist Bark’s plot in the first place! Just don’t bother with especially this one!!! I will heed, it is trash!!
