The film is about the last days of Sharon Tate's life before she was tragically killed by the followers of Charles Manson at the age of 26. Sharon has just moved into the house where she and director Roman Polanski were supposed to start their family, as Sharon is eight months pregnant with their first child. Sharon's friends keep her company until Roman returns from Europe. What should be a fun time turns sinister when a series of strange events unfold - a creepy man named Charlie comes by, strange hippie girls pass by the residence, and the family dog disappears. Sharon has visions of her impending death and can't convince her friends that the visions are real until it's too late for all of them.
