Ethiopiques – Revolt of the Soul plot

In 1997, the western world became acquainted with the rich Ethiopian music history through Éthiopiques, a series that now has thirty CDs. The documentary of the same name tells the story of French music journalist Francis Falceto, the mastermind behind the famous albums. For the releases, he collaborated with Amha Eshete, who produced 120 singles and 14 albums by Ethiopian musicians between 1969 and 1975.
