Reporter Aart Zeeman has been reporting in all corners of the world for more than thirty years. When he needs TV images of drugs and prostitution in the 1990s, he invariably travels to Heerlen station. Success assured. He gradually builds a bond with perhaps the most ruined city in the Netherlands.
