Ani ni Aisaresugite Komattemasu plot

Setoka Tachibana (Tao Tsuchiya) is a high school student. She has disclosed her feelings to other guys twelve times, but has been rejected each time. Her older brother Haruka Tachibana (Ryôta Katayose) cares deeply about his sister, but he has a secret. The secret is that they are not blood relatives. One day, Setoka's first love Takane Serikawa (Yûdai Chiba) appears after many years and approaches her.
