Borkmanns Punkt plot
The recently retired commissioner Van Veeteren wants to take care of his son who is allowed to get out of prison for a while. However, Erik has other plans and goes into hiding. With the help of his ex-colleague, Van Veeteren tracks him down. In doing so, he notices a surprising connection between the murder that Bausen is investigating and the case that his successor Münster cannot solve.
