Shizuka is a freelance photographer who specializes in taking paparazzi photos. One day, he is asked to take under his wing young Nobi, a reporter for Scoop! magazine. Shizuka doesn't feel like it, but a big bounty makes him decide to accept the offer. Nobi soon turns out to have a talent for paparazzi work.
