Darling plot

International ballerina Darling returns with her husband Frans to the Royal Danish Ballet company in Copenhagen. There she will take the lead role in the performance Giselle. The choreography is in the hands of Frans and soon the production takes up the entire time of the couple. Darling is very talented, but mostly obsessive to the point of danger. Pushing herself to the limit, her uncompromising behavior threatens her and Frans' personal and professional lives.
