Tenkû no Hachi plot
A remote-controlled helicopter hovers in midair over a nuclear power plant. The energy company, the government and the media all receive a fax. The fax contains a threat that if the nuclear power plant is not shut down, the helicopter will crash. The deadline is 8 hours. To make matters worse, a young child appears to be in the helicopter.
