A Dangerous Arrangement plot

"She has something to hide. And nowhere to run."

Ellen is a young, beautiful woman who works in a nightclub in Malta. Amy and Carrie, two English women, come to the nightclub where Ellen works. The three ladies use drugs and party. However, the situation spirals out of control when Amy overdoses and slips into a coma. Amy's father travels to the island to assist his daughter and also seeks revenge.
