The Changeover plot
16-year-old Laura Chant lives with her mother and 4-year-old brother Jacko in a social rented house on the outskirts of the earthquake-prone town of Christchurch in New Zealand. When an ancient ghost attacks Jacko and slowly drains the life from him, Laura discovers her true identity. She turns out to have a supernatural gift that she will have to use to save her brother's life.
