Brommers Kiek'n plot

Geertjan Lassche follows two close groups of friends from Overijssel for a year, from New Year to New Year; teenagers from Espelo and twenty-somethings from Nieuwleusen. What do the young people themselves think of their lives? They find plenty of room to mess around with one of the most important things, just like the togetherness. Living in the city doesn't seem like anything to her, where everyone lives on top of each other and yet nobody knows their neighbors. And although the associated social control can sometimes be difficult, they prefer to stay in their own village for the rest of their lives.
