Monsieur Mayonnaise is the adventure of the artist and filmmaker Philippe Mora into the secret past of his family. Equipped with paint and an easel, Philippe sets out to create a daring comic book about his parents and their survival from the Holocaust. Philippe grew up in Australia with his parents. He only discovers as an adult that his father was born in Germany, secretly working for the French Resistance and given the code name 'Monsieur Mayonnaise'. But his father only exposed part of the story. Before it's too late, Philippe wants to learn all about his wartime missions and his intriguing alias.
