Istiyad Ashbah plot
Director Raed Andoni places an advertisement in the newspaper in Ramallah. He is looking for former residents of the Moskobiya Interrogation Center in Jerusalem. In his advertisement he asks that the men should also have experience as craftsmen, architects or actors. After a casting that almost feels like role play, he arranges for a scale replica of the center's interrogation rooms and cells to be built in a hall - under the strict supervision of the ex-prisoners and based on their memories.
