Madison Sheffield is a former fashion model. Her career came to an end when she horribly mutilated her ex-husband. Madison decides to live a quiet life and becomes a writer. She is writing a book and researching the so-called "Fountain of Youth". After a few months she discovers where the fountain is. She makes her way to the location and stays in a luxury villa in the area. Madison meets two mysterious men.
