Free and Easy plot
The arrival of a soap seller in a remote village in northern China sets off a bizarre series of events. Among the strange inhabitants we meet two cops struggling with a seemingly simple case and a monk who is not what he seems. After a crime happens in the village, the inhabitants are pitted against each other.
