Tess plot

Tess, a young woman of 20, is a prostitute on the streets of Cape Town. She survives thanks to doses of painkillers she eagerly swallows and thanks to her cynical sense of humor, until the day she finds out she is pregnant. Tess tries to escape her past that continues to haunt her and make her doubt herself. She fights against her demons, searching for answers and finally uncovering the truth of a troubled childhood.
