Pokot plot
Janina Duszejko, an elderly woman, lives alone in a small village in the Sudeten. She has a passion for astrology and vegetarian food. One winter day she finds the body of a neighbor who is a poacher. The circumstances of his death are very mysterious. The only traces around his home are those of deer. More dead are found and they all turn out to be poachers. Due to the incompetence of the police, Janina decides to conduct her own investigation, the results of which are ominous.
