Good mini-series in which a journalist investigates the shadowy past of a wealthy art dealer. Told dryly, but that's the right approach for this true story about a war criminal. Entertaining and captivating. Great dressing and good acting. Easily 3.5 stars.

The past few weeks have been crazy during breaks at work, and although a completely unknown series and history, this turns out to be a more than decent and good series.
The series tells the story of millionaire Pieter Menten, who is put to the test by journalist Knoop about a number of rumors and possible war history, from where the ball starts rolling about investigations, newspaper articles and far-reaching accusations on which a true battle erupts between nepotism, big money and solid journalism. The story about the accused turns out to be complex and the best man appears to be quite tired of trying to win over Knoop.
The whole continues with a slightly mysterious tone, a number of flashbacks of life in Poland, the truth does not lie at a given moment, Knoop's adventures, such as in that Russian hotel, are precious and the old images always work well in this case the images of the cabinet discussing the case. The image of the time is beautiful, the cast is fine with Greidanus, Noortje Herlaar is always worth watching, and the tension is built up excellently towards the end.
Obviously, this really is a great series that never gets bored and saves a case from oblivion from the war. For day fact alone tribute.
