Langs de Grote Weg plot

In a café in the province, regulars use alcohol to chase away the loneliness of the night. They pass the time with memories and stories about their unlived lives. The tragic love story of one of them causes a lot of commotion. A stranded traveler adds fuel to the fire and things get completely out of hand. A bizarre sketch of human frailties and idiosyncrasies.
