Amnesia plot

Thomas and Katherine are a writing couple. She is trapped in an abusive relationship with a psychopath. During a weekend on a remote island, an argument ensues, with Thomas losing his memory after hitting his head. Katherine sees this as an opportunity to escape the forced relationship and hides everything that can help Thomas remember who he is. Or can they make a fresh start? Will Thomas gradually find out what's going on...?
