Los Santos Inocentes plot
The story is set somewhere in the Spanish countryside in the 1960s. Paco and his wife Régula are very poor. They work as loan farmers for a wealthy landowner. Their children cannot go to school because the boss 'cannot miss their work'. When Régula's brother is fired after 61 years, he comes to visit her and Paco for a while.
