"Meet the World's Most Ruthless Serial Killer"
A rich voyeur uses his enormous wealth to watch women die. He ensures that a serial killer is released from a prison for insane criminals. The voyeur takes his victims to a secret hut in the middle of a dense forest and then lets the killer do his thing. Meanwhile, the voyeur follows the happenings in his private horror playground through hundreds of hidden cameras.
