Hoovey plot

"Rebounding From Death's Door"

Teen Eric “Hoovey” Elliot falls to the ground during a game of basketball practice. He is rushed to hospital, where they must remove a tumor during a long and nerve-wracking operation. Hoovey's young life doesn't even seem to have a chance of success. Fortunately, Hoovey survives the surgery, but things are never the same for the Elliot family. They have to fight for their existence. Through faith and love, this eventually works and Hoovey gradually learns to walk again. Partly because of his faith in God, he returns to the basketball court to pursue his dream….
