Like the rest of us, Arnold Schwarzenegger doesn't believe Donald Trump weighs 215 pounds.
When Trump surrendered himself to authorities in August in relation to his attempts to overturn a presidential election result in Georgia in 2020, he was weighed and he subsequently claimed the records showed the weight mentioned above.
Arnie was on Jimmy Kimmel Live! this week to promote his new book, 'Be Useful', and Kimmel asked:
“You don’t necessarily see eye to eye on most things. He listed his weight as 215 pounds. You are one of the foremost experts on the male physique, bodybuilding, et cetera. When you size him up, what would you guess that man weighs?”
Schwarzenegger responded:
“I don’t really know how much he weighs, but I can tell you one thing, that if he would ask me, ‘What should you do for fitness?’ I would just say, ‘Run around yourself three times. You’re gonna be in great, great shape.’”
The Terminator star couldn't help getting in a dig about Trump's climate change denial, too. When asked if it was possible that Trump did indeed weigh 215 pounds, Arnie replied: Yeah, as much as it’s possible that there is no climate change. And as much as it’s possible that we don’t need to really reduce pollution.
“Look,” he continued, “we all know the way that he is. If it makes him feel good to tell everyone he weighs 215, I think everyone laughs about it because he does not look like he weighs 215. He looks a little bit more like 315.”
Kimmel, an outspoken critic of Trump, mocked the former President of the United States throughout his return show, mostly with regard to that weight claim.
