In the reality show Doubling Down with the Derricos, the large family of Karen and Deon Derrico is followed. They have no fewer than fourteen children under the age of fifteen. After Karen and Deon already had two children, they had twins, quintuplets and more twins in succession. The remarkable thing about all these pregnancies is that they came about naturally. Karen and Deon have always wanted a large family, but it has now become a huge challenge.
